Light & Shadow Production (L.S.P.) was a French video game company founded in 1999 by Jean Claude and Olivier Goulon. Operating as developer, publisher, and distributor, L.S.P. specialized in producing licensed and mass-market games for a broad range of platforms, particularly in Europe. Their catalogue includes a number of recognizable brands (DreamWorks, Disney, Universal, etc.), and they often focused on popular licenses rather than original IPs. In 2004, they were acquired by Hip Interactive, becoming part of Hip Interactive Europe, and subsequently ceased functioning independently under their original name.
