KIRA is a small independent game studio that primarily focuses on horror. Most of the work is done by me, Akuma Kira, but I also frequently collaborate with the musicians; Jarren Crist and Nolan Reese. I try to recreate the feel of old school horror classics, frequently using purposely dated graphics and mechanics. I also enjoy shocking the player in unfamiliar ways, and reference the horror masters; Lovecraft, Ito, & Del Toro.
